Playa Vista, separated into two parts, is surely a sight to behold. One part, known as Skylar, consists of  31 four story 10,000 sq. ft.  buildings. Each building contains three residences. The other part, Asher, is comprised of 36 3200 sq. ft. single family residences. Trim-Tech is responsible for all rough framing as well as the exterior siding on the four story buildings.
