2. Messina 2 (2-story guest suite, large central courtyard w/ outdoor kitchen ooh, la, la and view from master bedroom, up to 7 bedrooms)
Messina 3 was an utter disappointment, spiral staircase w/ hard to clean stones squashed into a normal size entry (or if you want to play formal, "foyer").
