Now that Irvine's 5th High School is a done deal, let's look forward to Irvine's 6th High School.  Throw out your predictions.  I predict it will start construction by 2020 and open by 2022 and be located here:

Wow, I could have sworn that Nighthawk CPU and bus structure resembles Irvine, Cypress Village.  :p J/K, I'm thinking of getting one.

irvinehusky's avatar is making me sad.

Ballmer won't pay $2b for a team to move them out of a major market like LA. That's like buying a house in Irvine and then moving it to Johns Creek. :)

Edit: $2m would be for an Irvine home, not the Clippers. XD

I don't think they'll move any time soon.

You don't pay that much for a toy and then break it.

He knows CP3 and BG will bolt when their contracts come up if he moves the team.
 
Another six schools are planned in Irvine Unified in the coming years.

Portola Springs Elementary School, set to open fall 2015
High School No. 5, set to open fall 2016
K-8 school serving Heritage Fields development, set to open fall 2016
Elementary school, fall 2017
Elementary school, fall 2019
K-8 or K-6 school serving Heritage Fields development, fall 2021

so that's why I told my wife no need to worry about HS#5, our kid is 10 years away from HS and who knows where we will even be at the time.

Uni will still and always be the top dog, but it will not surprise me HS#5 or HS#6 gives Northwood its run for the money. One can even argue Beckman from TUSD is on par with Northwood, maybe even better if excluding the Hispanic students

Isn't Northwood top dog now.. in terms of score?  Obviously.. not there yet with property values.  ;)
