Considering that most land west of the 133 Toll Road will be completed after four years, what areas will be left in Irvine? Orchard Hills and Heritage Fields, along with land in Planning Area 30 and Northwood Paseo, are the only areas left in Irvine for new homes 4 years from now. Are there any areas that I left out?

Portola Springs has quite a bit of land left to develop. Also, I think that the Great Park homes will take more than 4 years to develop and sell.
