My kid found this last night and I did some research on it and it's pretty good.

It allows you to visually create your own games on the iPad, no coding required.
There is also an Arcade where you can share your games, play other users' games and even collaborate and edit users' games.
They even had a contest where the top 3 games they converted to an iOS iPad app and published.
I haven't tried it myself but my kid says it's pretty easy.
Maybe ps9 can make a game called "Trashcan Cops".
