Seriously, but for some reason, these La Vita resales are selling well.  Selling better than any other resales at the Groves.  Maybe once the Groves sell out, La Vita and the Vistas will help bring up the prices of the area.

I love the plan 4 but pricing is getting ridiculous. But the market wants what the market wants.

$3.8M for La Vita?   I’ll take this any day of the week.  Privacy and serenity is 10x more than La Vita.

The lot is massive and the landscaping is top notch. I don’t fault the buyer.

That back yard is awesome, such a perfect use of space for the yard size.  That landscape architect was worth it.

That fish-eye lens for pic 22 is super-deceptive.  It makes a 6-foot wide space seem like 18 feet!

It's definitely a nice looking home with a great yard but I would buy in Shady Canyon for that kind of coin.

Well the people that bought the house had that kind of coin and they bought La Vita.  Many of the people that are in the Vistas could have bought in Shady Canyon but they didn't.

Well the people that bought the house had that kind of coin and they bought La Vita.  Many of the people that are in the Vistas could have bought in Shady Canyon but they didn't.

They didn't mainly because of the newer floor plans is my guess.  I think the cheapest homes in Shady Canyon are in the mid/high $3m which is at the very top end of The Groves (La Vita & Alta Vista).
