New houses...
« on: December 20, 2013, 12:57:50 PM »
I noticed there are alot of new houses on open market right now.  I also got email from PP builders that their new houses may open to public soon.  What's going on??

For example

Possible but they want to maintain price levels for the other buyers so they might give you concessions like design center credits or closing costs instead.
