1915 AD Bond VH

First time home owner, first time property tax payer...I knew about Mello-Roos but what is this 1915 Bond about?  I searched online but couldn't find much.  Am I going to be paying this for a long time coming?

1915 AD is another special assessment bond similar to Mello Roos and usually gets called Mello Roos as a generalization.
