HELOC

Does anyone know of a bank that will consider my income for an application for a HELOC even though I am on maternity leave?  We had an application for a HELOC with BofA, but they have discounted my income (even though I am receiving full pay) since I am on maternity leave.

Since I'll be on leave for another 4 months, we wanted to get a HELOC but not sure which banks might follow this same practice.

Any help would be appreciated.

Banks will not use future income. It's not guaranteed.

Try your credit union if you belong to one. They often have unique guidelines.
