I love that even Zillow doesn't even try to adjust their estimate to meet the asking price on that 1.

Beyond robbery...  51 was legit at $2.1M now thinking in retrospect based on current market values.

Wait you mean those pool photos are 3D inserts?  Wow, looks pretty legit to me.

As someone in my very early 20's this looks like a fun house to own but by the time (if) I were to accumulate enough to purchase such a house I feel I'd be too old and just over the hassle of all that.

I saw 51 royal pine and not making the move on that is a big regret for me especially seeing whats out there now. Beautiful upgrades throughout the home and awesome back yard with pool and entertaining, end of cul de sac home with a huge drive way, only knock was the toll road.
