$125K price increase, looks like they're going to build the pool based on the changes in the summary.

If this sells at $2.125M, I will be astonished...

Looks like this house is pending and under contract.  Man.  It's amazing how they can fit a pool on a 3,783 Lot home with a 3,000 square feet interior.

Is that going to be a real pool or huge bathtub/mini pool?=).  Hard to believe it's selling at these prices.

Maybe it'll be just big enough to be a giant foot bath!

They haven't even broken ground on the pool yet, will be interesting to see what this house closes for.  Also wonder the contingencies around the pool build-out.

Surely that has to be an incorrect listing right? I searched the last 1000 days of all listings the there are only 4 listings over $15M.

11 Needle Grass (twice)
76 Golden Eagle (twice) - this property

This property has an active listing for $17.5M that has been on the market for over 2 years from Villa Real Estate.

Almost $1.5m for an attached condo with an HOA close to $400/mo?  Ummm, this is highly optimist even in this market.

https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/107-Vermillion-92603/home/5945929

Hi, first post here. This property was reduced recently and a relative is taking a close look at it just due to sheer lack of inventory in that neighborhood.

It's still almost $1.4m for 1 shared wall and no driveway. What would you guys think is a "fair" value for it? I suppose in this market, that doesn't really matter....but any predictions on what it'll end up going for or what you would offer?

My prediction is it will sit in the market for some time unless they lower the pricing as it is already there for 76 days and counting.

Looks like https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/207-Tuberose-92603/home/5918084 is the same floorplan and closed for $1.47m 2 weeks ago.

Nothing shocks me anymore, but that closing price was very surprising given that it was an attached condo.

No way that home sells for anything close to $50m.

Here's an example of a seller and agent who are not interested in selling their listing.  haha

Call me when the pictures are through the agent's car window from the street, with the side mirror blocking a third of the shot.

They're out of their mind. That area has always been the cheap part of Irvine and I don't see that changing anytime soon! This is coming from a lifelong Irvine resident.
