I don't go to Vegas often, but through my research for an upcoming trip this fall, this link has been the best source I've found for Vegas hotel deals and the links are to the hotels directly so you don't go through any middlemen.

Never use a middleman for Vegas rates (Expedia, Travelocity, CheapTickets, etc.) You will usually find a better rate searching for a promo code with a few minutes of Google Fu. All the hotels generally have a 48-72 hr cancellation policy so you're better off booking the best avail rate for now and readjusting if rates go lower. This actually applies to booking hotels in general. At all Starwood properties if you book directly they will match/beat rates on other sites and will have a flexible cancellation policy.

I like this site here. Usually the same deals and promo codes listed on FatWallet but more organized.

If anyone is going to Vegas in Oct through end of Nov, the GCFRND code for the Wynn is hard to beat.

Have fun and GOOD LUCK!
