Title: Funny things Joe says...
Post by: morekaos on October 06, 2020, 08:33:10 AM
Thought it would be entertaining to have a place to deposit all the folksy, ahh shucks, every man insightful observations that Joe dishes out daily.  You know the "Thats just Joe" excuse pile. If he becomes our next President then this can just continue as a repository collection funnel that we can all draw on and learn from.  Maybe you heard one today. I'll start it off with this sensitive reflection..

Critics tear into Joe Biden for saying wealthy people were able to stay home during lockdown because 'some black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf'
Joe Biden was in Tampa, Florida on September 15 speaking to veterans
Biden said that he realized he had the luxury of lockdown thanks to others
His lockdown was 'because some black woman was able to stack the grocery'
He added: 'Or a young Hispanic is out there as first responders, nurses, docs'

Ohh, he is just such an everyman...we all want to watch them in four years too... ;D

'Creepy' Joe Biden, 77, tells group of 'beautiful young ladies' he wants to 'see them dancing when they're four years older' during campaign stop in Miami
Biden made the comment during a visit to Miami's Little Haiti Cultural Center
His campaign indicated that he was referring to the four-year presidential term
But the remark led to a wave of online scorn at candidate dubbed 'Creepy Joe'

Btw - the Senator Joni Ernst from Iowa running for Senate bashed Obama for like two deaths in the US. So if we take that as a bench mark. There should be a freaking bonfire for the US deaths due to covid 210k plus and counting.

Iowa's Ernst has wildly different standards on Ebola, coronavirus

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) on Sunday bashed former President Barack Obama%u2019s handling of Ebola, a viral disease that two Americans died from, but praised President Trump%u2019s response to the coronavirus as cases surge in several cities.

https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/iowa-s-ernst-has-wildly-different-standards-ebola-coronavirus-n1232959

Is this a double standard or what?
My good friends from Iowa deserve better. I am not good in math, but 200 thousand deaths under Trump sounds a lot greater than 2 Ebola deaths in the US. (That is what you call 100,000x.)

Pence is moving around and looking nervous.

Pence and Trump has a plan for health care? It has been 4 years. Where is it? A joke! For example Pence bashed Obamacare saying it was a disaster. But he did not give his own plan.

Pence was asked about the affordable care alternative since Trump is arguing against it in front of the Supreme Court. He did give his plan for his health plan. You know why? Because there is not one. There are 20 million people will lose there health care that is currently on that plan.

Pence brought up spy on campaign. How about the guy that he called the waterboy not brag to another intelligence officer for a different country. Also, it has came out that the Trump campaign has inside info about the Wikileaks email dump.

Do you remember Wiki leaks? How many times did Trump thank wiki leaks?

Awww..no more funny things Joe says for today...his minders shut down things at 10 after all the Hunter stuff hit the fan...maybe tomorrow... ;D ;D ;D >:D

Joe Biden calls early ‘lid’ for reporters amid The Post’s Hunter Biden exposé

“The Biden campaign has called a lid for in-person events,” wrote Biden press pool reporter Sabrina Siddiqui of the Wall Street Journal, indicating that the candidate would not be making any public appearances or fielding questions Wednesday.

The Democratic presidential candidate — huddled in his Wilmington, Del., home — has not directly responded to The Post’s reporting, including on a document that appears to debunk his prior claim that he had “never spoken” with his son about his “overseas business dealing,” including a reported $83,000 monthly job on the board of Burisma.

An email from the hard drive, acquired by a Delaware computer repairman, appears to indicate Biden met in 2015 with Burisma board adviser Vadym Pozharskyi while the firm employed his son. Then-Vice President Biden led the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy.

President Trump’s campaign attacked Biden for calling a “lid” as the story broke.

I’m going to miss his daily foibles when he’s gone in 10 days...

Biden: ‘This Is The Most Consequential Election’ Due To Possibility Of ‘Four More Years Of George’

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden warned on Sunday that next month’s election was the “most consequential” in a long time because of what would happen if there was “four more years of George,” an apparent reference to former President George Bush. Biden, after saying “George” twice, corrected himself.

Well they have run for cover and gagged poor Joe until after the election so if he says anything stupid for the next 9 days, only Jill will get the laugh...

It’s a Lid! Trump Campaign Staff Says Joe Biden Will Not Do Any More In-Person Campaigning Until Election

Biden’s campaign called a lid early on Sunday, before news broke that he would not be making any more appearances at all. There are no public appearances listed on his schedule.

BREAKING: Joe Biden called a lid at 11:27am today, amid new revelations about his family’s Ukrainian energy dealings and one day after his drive-in speech in PA was filled with Trump supporters

“Why can’t we use nuclear weapons?”

“I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

“I thought being President would be easier than my old life.”

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending the best. They’re not sending you, they’re sending people that have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bring crime. They’re rapists… And some, I assume, are good people.”

"It's going to disappear. One day, it's like a miracle, it will disappear."

“I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married.”

“I did try and fuck her. She was married.”

“Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.”

“Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

Wait it wasn't Joe Biden who said any of these things. Wanna guess who did?

If you cant tell what the jacket your wearing says....well...

Birdbrained? Joe Biden has yet another senior moment as he confuses Philadelphia Eagles logo with Delaware college CHICKEN emblem on his jacket during crucial Pennsylvania rally
Joe Biden made the Eagles gaffe during a rainy drive-in rally in Philadelphia on Sunday
'I know Philadelphia well. I married a Philly girl,' Biden said. 'And by the way, I've got my Eagles jacket on'
Twitter users were quick to notice that Biden's jacket actually had a Blue Hen from University of Delaware
During his speech Biden pleaded with voters to turn out at the polls on Tuesday
'We have to vote like we never did before. There's too much on the line to sit it out,' he said
Pennsylvania emerged as one of the most hotly-contested battleground states in the days before the election

One last funny thing that Joe didn't say...

It was classic Biden, rambling on and on, not making a lot of sense, but spouting out platitudes. Biden appeared beyond tired, trying to desperately pull it over the line in the last day. At the end of his speech, he walked off to one side of the stage and began waving to someone off stage and off the camera, his wife tried to pull him back to where they were supposed to leave from, on the the other side of the stage.

As he went back across the stage he stopped to put on his mask at the podium. He then apparently had a thought he wanted to say to the audience. So he ripped the mask back off and said, “By the way, one last thing.” But as he did that, the music started playing as it does at awards shows to tell the people to stop speaking and get off the stage. Biden decides to not even try and just packs it in.

Could there be a more symbolic ending for his campaign? You couldn’t script that better. When even the candidate hangs it up and says I’ve got nothing, you know it’s bad.

And Joe is gushing with pride?  Can you even imagine if this Douche's last name was Trump?...

"I'm proud of him," Joe Biden said of his son Hunter, whose memoir Beautiful Things is set to be released on April 6

Hunter Biden was living with brother Beau's widow Hallie while sending raunchy texts and FaceTiming in the shower with her married SISTER as they declared their love and she called him her 'prince'

Hunter Biden began dating his late brother Beau's widow, Hallie Biden, shortly after Beau died of brain cancer in 2015
The unconventional relationship was first exposed in March 2017 with Joe Biden issuing a statement giving his blessing to the couple
DailyMail.com can reveal Hunter was also exchanging sexual text messages with Hallie's then-married sister Elizabeth Secundy around that time
In a 2016 text conversation recovered from his abandoned laptop hard drive, Hunter offered to teach Secundy 'how to masturbate'
Secundy, 49, who was married to husband Joel Secundy, referred to Hunter as her 'prince' and told him she loved him in the texts
Another conversation showed Hunter texted Secundy telling her he had been up late watching 'bad porno movies like I'm 13'
Secundy separated from her husband and father of her three children in 2015 after 15 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized three years later

Washington Post Accuses Trump Of A Crime Based On Fabricated Quotes
The Washington Post anonymously printed fabricated quotes, attributed them to a sitting president, and used those quotes as a basis to speculate the president committed a crime.

Correction: Two months after publication of this story, the Georgia secretary of state released an audio recording of President Donald Trump’s December phone call with the state’s top elections investigator. The recording revealed that The Post misquoted Trump’s comments on the call, based on information provided by a source. Trump did not tell the investigator to ‘find the fraud’ or say she would be ‘a national hero’ if she did so. Instead, Trump urged the investigator to scrutinize ballots in Fulton County, Ga., asserting she would find ‘dishonesty’ there. He also told her that she had ‘the most important job in the country right now.’ A story about the recording can be found here. The headline and text of this story have been corrected to remove quotes misattributed to Trump.

New questions over Biden's health as the president, 78, stumbles multiple times up the stairs of Air Force One before falling down: Recovers to give a salute before flying to Atlanta
President Biden fell as he climbed up the stairs of Air Force One on Friday morning at Joint Base Andrews
The President stumbled multiple times, clinging on to the railing, then he fell to his knees
He got back up and carried on climbing before giving a salute at the top then vanishing into the aircraft
Biden has long faced questions over his health; he regularly mixes up names and titles
On Thursday, he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as 'President Harris'
The fall is the latest in a string of incidents which raise concerns over the President's health and ability to lead
It also comes at a moment of heightened tensions between the US, Russia and NA
Until recently, the President was walking in a boot after breaking his foot while playing with his dog Major
Biden, 78, is the oldest President in history; Ronald Reagan was 77 when he left office and he was 69 when he was elected
Trump was 70 when elected and was 74 when he left office earlier this year

Watch: Biden Lapses Into Nonsense Mid-Speech, Refers to 'Merfin and Ruthers'

Tongue-tied President Joe Biden appeared to botch the name of his own attorney general Thursday and offered a word salad in lieu of a coherent statement as he continued his war on the fundamentals of communication.

Is Biden suffering from a cognitive decline? We don’t know for sure, but all the anecdotal evidence clearly supports a theory that something isn’t right with the 78-year-old.

He has built a career on gaffing things up, but in recent years — since he left the White House in 2016 after serving for eight years as vice president — things seem to have taken a turn for the worse.

Constant comedy of a clown car wreck...

President Biden referred to 29-year-old Masters golf champion Hideki Matsuyama as “a Japanese boy” during a joint press conference Friday with Japan’s prime minister.

It’s amateur hour at the White House when the Japanese Prime Minister visits

On Friday, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga became the first world leader to visit the Biden White House. These visits help set the tone for an administration. That being the case, the new administration’s tone is inept and rude. Biden was also absent for the first part of it, leaving an awkward Kamala Harris to trash the U.S. for gun violence before turning to welcome Suga. When Biden took over, things went downhill.

Amtrak Joe hits the buffers: President's story about conductor congratulating him for traveling 1.5m miles had RETIRED 20 years earlier - and his mother who he 'was visiting' was already dead
Biden shared the anecdote in a speech on Friday celebrating 50 years of Amtrak
Said conductor congratulated him on 1.5 million miles in his second VP term
Recalled the incident occurred while he was traveling to visit his sick mother

You would think this would be obvious but in the real world the road to hell is paved with good (and Naïve) intentions.  Many I know who run restaurants are reporting that workers will only come back if paid in cash so they can double dip the benefits...so obvious an outcome, given the chance...people cheat and take advantage.

President Joe Biden said that anyone taking unemployment who gets offered a 'suitable job' must take it
Comments came after experts revealed that people making $32,000 before COVID could now earn more from benefits
'Anyone collecting unemployment, who is offered a suitable job must take the job or lose their unemployment benefits,' Biden said
White House blamed other factors for people not taking jobs
Those include lack of access to the coronavirus vaccine, schools remaining closed, childcare needs, and the need for a livable working wage

Seen this movie before...

Biden is the New Carter, and we Now Have the Gas Lines to Prove it

We had 47 years of that first-time experience with Senator and Vice President Joe Biden. We knew he had failed up throughout his political career and made more bad policy decisions than Pelosi’s had Botox injections. Yet Biden still managed to be installed as President because, “mean tweets!”, or something.

Candidate Biden tried to do a song and dance about ending energy production in the United States, but no one wanted to believe that he actually would. After President Biden’s Day One executive order killing the Keystone XL Pipeline, then others that put a moratorium on fracking and domestic gas production, I think it’s apparent that he meant what he said the first time.

It is now around Day 130 of the Biden administration, and we have had the privilege horror of seeing the result of his bad policy decisions in real-time. Gas prices have increased. Quite a lot, in fact.

JOE Biden began mumbling and speaking incoherently after he got lost reading his notes during a FEMA meeting.

US President Joe Biden appeared before the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to announce a doubling of funds for the agency to tackle extreme weather disasters. But footage from the briefing at FEMA headquarters saw the president add to his long list of gaffes as he appeared to get lost in his notes and continued to speak despite not making much sense. Watchers online ridiculed the president calling him "an embarrassment" as the accident-prone head of state continues to make public gaffes.

Full stop, just like I told you it would...next stop Republican controlled House and Senate...climb aboard!!....

Biden’s big FDR-style agenda is already sputtering to a halt

It has finally dawned on President Joe Biden that he barely controls the House and the Senate.

His remarks on Tuesday taking a swipe at Sens. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) were notable less for how they publicly aired an intraparty dispute than for their utter banality.

“I hear all the folks on TV saying, ‘Why doesn’t Biden get this done?’ ” he said, referring to himself in the third person in classic Washington fashion. “Well, because Biden only has a majority of effectively four votes in the House and a tie in the Senate, with two members of the Senate who vote more with my Republican friends.”

Of course, he is completely right (except for the part about Manchin and Sinema voting with Republicans — they are reliable Democratic votes).

Not only is it true that Biden has narrow majorities, this is likely to be a defining feature of his presidency. Unforeseen events always take a hand, but it seems likely that one of the headlines at the end of the Biden years will be, “The President Had Vaulting Ambitions, Frustrated by Razor-Thin (and Perhaps Temporary) Legislative Majorities.”

Somehow, this was apparently passed over or brushed aside at Biden’s session with liberal historians at the White House that focused on how he could be a transformative leader in the mold of FDR or LBJ.

Joe Biden repeatedly mixes up Syria and Libya while discussing ways of working with Russia in latest press conference blunder ahead of meeting with Putin
Biden, 78, was discussing cooperation with Russia at the G7 summit on Sunday
He gave vivid details on the suffering of the people of Libya - but he meant Syria
White House later clarified he meant the Middle Eastern country not the African

You would think this would be obvious but in the real world the road to hell is paved with good (and Naïve) intentions.  Many I know who run restaurants are reporting that workers will only come back if paid in cash so they can double dip the benefits...so obvious an outcome, given the chance...people cheat and take advantage.

Biden says anyone taking unemployment who is offered a 'suitable job' must take it after experts reveal anyone who earned $32,000 before COVID could now earn more in benefits

What happens when people who have never had a real job or had to manage a payroll are put in charge...they are shocked that people take advantage of stupidity...and this is just the people who would admit it...the actual number is way higher....

Poll: 1.8 million Americans have turned down jobs due to unemployment benefits

About 1.8 million out-of-work Americans have turned down jobs because of the generosity of unemployment insurance benefits, according to Morning Consult poll results released Wednesday.

Why it matters: U.S. businesses have been wrestling with labor supply shortages as folks capable of working have opted not to work for a variety of reasons.

One of the more politically controversial reasons has been the availability of unemployment insurance benefits, in particular emergency provisions that were introduced because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Of those actively collecting unemployment benefits, 29% said they turned down job offers during the pandemic. In response to a follow-up question, 45% of that group said they turned down jobs specifically because of the generosity of the benefits.
Extrapolating from the 14.1 million adults collecting benefits as of June 19, Morning Consult concluded that 1.8 million people turned down job offers because of the benefits.

Biden Administration Won’t Sanction China for Hacking U.S. Servers

The Biden administration blamed China on Monday for a cyberattack that compromised more than a million Microsoft customers, but stopped short of sanctioning Beijing for contracting with hackers.

The United Kingdom, European Union, and NATO joined the United States in condemning China for facilitating the March attack on Microsoft Exchange email servers. But President Joe Biden and State Department spokesman Ned Price dismissed the need for retaliation, causing some lawmakers to question the Biden administration’s ability to combat hostile foreign actors.

Spoken like a true career bureaucrat who never had a real job, ran a company or made a payroll...

Biden tells desperate restaurateur to pay MORE to solve his staffing problems as he speaks at half-empty Ohio town hall
Restaurant owner John Lanni asked Biden what he was going to do to get more people back to work
The President responded by telling Lanni it was down to him to pay workers more and incentivize them
Since last year, COVID-19 unemployment benefits have been $300 more per week than in the past
26 states have ended the payments early to try to get people back to work and revive the economy
They say they are partly to blame for the fast-rising inflation that is presenting itself across America
Last night, restaurant owners said Biden neither answered the question nor understood the problem
Many states and cities already pay staff $15-an-hour in wages but they say they're struggling to find workers

Biden drifts off answering a question during CNN’s town hall with Don Lemon, appears to listen to earpiece to get out of incoherent ramble

We’ve all seen this before, as has every leader of every country in the world. A sitting president of the United States cannot put together a coherent answer to a simple question. He pauses, appears puzzled, and then comes up with a string of words that appear to have entered his brain via an earpiece. If the stakes weren’t so high, it would be comic.

After Destroying American Energy Production, Biden Begs OPEC to Pump More Oil

Just hours after being sworn into office on January 20, 2021, President Joe Biden signed an executive order canceling the Keystone XL pipeline. The move killed thousands of union jobs, halted an infrastructure project already underway and pushed the United States back into dependency on foreign energy sources. Biden further exacerbated U.S. dependency by halting leases for oil and gas drilling on federal lands.

Now as gas prices continue to skyrocket, Biden is desperately asking the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries [OPEC] to pump more oil.

"Higher gasoline costs, if left unchecked, risk harming the ongoing global recovery. The price of crude oil has been higher than it was at the end of 2019, before the onset of the pandemic. While OPEC+ recently agreed to production increases, these increases will not fully offset previous production cuts that OPEC+ imposed during the pandemic until well into 2022. At a critical moment in the global recovery, this is simply not enough," White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan released in a statement Wednesday morning.

America is Built Back better!!! so much respect has been re-earned!!

The Biden Doctrine: Beg

So after 20 years of warfare, the United States of America is reduced to begging the Taliban to spare our humble embassy so as to save America the humiliation of having a desperate, Saigon 1975–style rooftop evacuation as the communists close in.

After kneecapping the U.S. oil industry, as the New York Post put it, shutting down a major U.S. and Canadian energy pipeline project, which had been years in the making, and canceling drilling on public lands, Biden officials were begging OPEC to pump more oil to bring energy prices down.

He made the mess, and now he's begging the migrants not to come.

It's very much a sorry pattern — create a problem and then beg our enemies, opponents, or injured parties to pull his chestnuts out of the fire.  It's a pattern, and it's why Biden is such an unfit president.  There's a reason Robert Gates famously quipped that Biden has been "wrong on nearly every foreign policy question," despite claiming he's some kind of master at foreign policy matters.  He's the master of one thing: the Biden Doctrine, and it's embarrassing.

Initiation and execution are very different things...this is on Biden and will hang around his neck like Saigon...The days of Jimmy Carter are upon us..

No, Biden Can’t Blame Trump For The Afghanistan Withdrawal Disaster

Under Biden’s direct command, the Taliban reportedly seized hundreds of U.S. Humvees, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, and several million-dollar U.S. drones.

While the Biden administration has already attempted to shift blame to Donald Trump for the scenes coming out of Afghanistan, Biden owns both the decision to leave and the catastrophic withdrawal he oversaw as commander-in-chief.

“When I came to office, I inherited a deal cut by my predecessor—which he invited the Taliban to discuss at Camp David on the eve of 9/11 of 2019—that left the Taliban in the strongest position militarily since 2001 and imposed a May 1, 2021 deadline on U.S. forces,” Biden said in a statement released Saturday.

“Therefore, when I became President, I faced a choice — follow through on the deal, with a brief extension to get our forces and our allies’ forces out safely, or ramp up our presence and send more American troops to fight once again in another country’s civil conflict,” President Biden maintained in the written statement.

Bunk. President Biden was no more bound by former President Trump’s agreement with the Taliban than Trump was required to abide by former President Barack Obama’s Iran deal, known formerly as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. Neither agreement bound future presidents because neither deal was presented to the Senate for ratification.

No one but Biden is to blame for the administration being “clearly caught off guard by the Taliban’s rapid advances in recent days as the militant Islamic group took over a slew of provincial capitals across the country and encircled Kabul,” forcing Biden to rush thousands more troops to Afghanistan just to safely evacuate American and embassy personnel two full weeks before the August 31 deadline Biden had announced for withdrawing all U.S. forces from Afghanistan.

There is much to debate about the United States’ involvement in a 20-year war in Afghanistan, but it should be clear to all that Biden botched the withdrawal. The only question remaining is exactly how badly.

Taliban terror begins with ‘kill list’ drawn up as women face torture and death
EXCLUSIVE: Taliban bosses have vowed to return to restart evil punishments and the group's top spokesman said yesterday they will leave the punishments up to their "courts"

Brutal new rules have been drawn up by the Taliban which means women will face torture and death while targets on a 'kill list' could be murdered on their doorsteps.

Harrowing reports have already surfacing from Afghanistan as the government collapsed which paved the way for the Taliban to seize power nearly 20 years after being driven out by the West.

The Mirror understands there are claims of summary killings by the Taliban as fighters perform door-to-door searches throughout Kabul city.

They are hunting down former officials, ex police, soldiers and anyone who worked with the former Kabul government - or with coalition forces.

And yesterday, the Mirror can reveal, a British private security team was forced to negotiate their way through a Taliban checkpoint and was given very alarming news.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “The Taliban told them: ‘you need to leave now because a large number of foreign fighters is heading to Kabul and you don’t want to be here when they arrive.

“These fighters will not be here to be peaceful.”

He will never be able to escape the comparisons now...the only good thing is that Carter beget Reagan...can we be so lucky twice?

This is Joe Biden’s Jimmy Carter moment

The utterly nauseating and unnecessary abandonment of Afghanistan to its fate recalls a similar humiliation at the hands of Islamist radicals in the Jimmy Carter administration.

President Biden’s profligate spending policies are unleashing inflation that is sparking voter distrust so noticeable that even NPR is sounding the alarm.

He is begging OPEC to come up with more oil while interfering with US production. He announced barely a month ago, with great confidence, “The Taliban is not the South — the North Vietnamese army. They’re not — they’re not remotely comparable in terms of capability.

“There’s going to be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy in the — of the United States from Afghanistan. It is not at all comparable.”

Our president comes across as weak, meek, ineffectual, incompetent and confused. (Momentarily confusing South and North Vietnam doesn’t even make the list of the top 100 senior moments we’ve seen this year from this near-octogenarian, despite the fact that his staff is keeping him hidden to a degree with little if any precedent in the past half-century.)

Biden is embarrassing the United States in real time, and I await with eagerness the Biden version of the blame-shifting Malaise Speech. Biden’s version, of course, will be the This Is All Trump’s Fault speech

Ted Cruz lashes out at anchor who called him ‘Kremlin Cruz’ over endorsement of Russian army ad

Texas senator who railed against ‘emasculated’, ‘woke’ military culture was excoriated by veterans after endorsing macho power of Russian army recruitment ad

Texas Senator Ted Cruz spent Friday evening railing at a news anchor for describing him with an unflattering epithet because of his reverence for a Russian army recruitment ad.

Mr Cruz last week expressed his combined anger, embarrassment and concern that whereas Russia is recruiting troops with hypermasculine videos focused on muscles, uniforms and guns, the US – whose defence budget is more than 12 times the size of Russia’s – is putting out pastel-coloured ads telling stories of diverse paths towards military service, with messages that focus not on violence and physical toughness but on values.

Good luck trying to push that narrative…even joe(through his fog) admits it is on him…

“The buck stops with me,' says Biden 'I stand squarely behind my decision,' Biden said. 'After 20 years I've learned the hard way. That there was never a good time to withdraw U.S. forces.'

Even his own side is turning on him…

I have grave questions about his ability to lead our nation': Obama's Ambassador to Afghanistan Ryan Crocker slams Biden and says his disastrous Afghanistan policy might prove he's unfit to be commander in chief

It's funny because growing up, I never thought that Republicans were the divisive party, but I guess it depends on who is in charge... or who is the one posting about it.

Funny how morekaos doesn't see how this reflects on himself rather than on Biden... be the bigger man. Give it a rest.

Not so funny...but he said it...

'F*** that. Nixon and Kissinger got away with it in Vietnam': What Biden told Obama's special representative for Afghanistan he thought of America's obligations to the Afghan people
A diary entry from Richard Holbrooke suggests that Biden was intent on pulling out of Afghanistan more than a decade ago when he was VP
Biden compared pulling out of Afghanistan with the US exit of Vietnam in 1973
The then-vice president reportedly said: 'F*** that, we don't have to worry about that. We did it in Vietnam, Nixon and Kissinger got away with it'

Chinese media claims US will abandon Taiwan like Afghanistan

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Chinese state-run media attempted to draw parallels between the U.S.' relationship with Taiwan and Washington's precipitous abandonment of Kabul in a series of op-eds on Monday (Aug. 16).

China's state-operated mouthpiece the Global Times published a series of opinion pieces seeking to capitalize on the catastrophic capitulation of the Afghan government to Taliban guerillas and the chaotic evacuation of the Kabul airport. In one article, titled "Afghanistan today, Taiwan tomorrow? US treachery scares DPP," the tabloid claimed that given America's track record of abandoning allies, Taiwan cannot count on the U.S. in the event of an attack by China.

Gonna have to change this title to “funny thing Kamala says” when she takes over.  Here is one of her first brave quotes…. ;D ;D >:D

‘You Will Not Pin This Sh*t on Me!’ Kamala Harris Chose To Hide As Afghanistan Collapsed

As Afghanistan has collapsed and been taken over by the Taliban, Kamala Harris is reportedly refusing to accept any responsibility.

A source reportedly told Kyle Becker at Becker News that Harris refused to be part of addressing the American people on Sunday after the terrorist group took over Kubal, the capital of Afghanistan.

Becker reports that a source informed him that Harris screamed “They will not pin this sh*t on me!

“Shade War going hot – Kamala refused a request to do a presser today. Said she was focused on Haiti not Afghanistan. Now staffers for the rival teams have been openly fighting all day, per WH official,” Posobiec tweeted.

No wonder this is familiar...He has done it before...History really does repeat...

ATLANTIC – In the spring of 1975, as North Vietnamese divisions approached Saigon, hundreds of thousands of South Vietnamese with connections to the U.S.—soldiers, officials, spies, interpreters, drivers, bar girls, cooks—begged their American friends and colleagues to help them find a way out. But the embassy in Saigon and the Ford administration in Washington were slow to face the gravity of the situation and reluctant to prepare an evacuation for fear of panicking the population into chaos. In mid-April, President Gerald Ford finally realized that the government of South Vietnam might fall, and he asked Congress for $300 million in emergency aid, including money to evacuate the remaining 2,500 Americans and their dependents along with up to 175,000 South Vietnamese.

But Congress, led by Senate Democrats, had no interest in throwing away more money on a lost war that Americans wanted to forget. The prospect of sending U.S. troops to help evacuate Vietnamese along with Americans was a nonstarter. Some of the most strenuous objections came from the 32-year-old first-term senator from Delaware, Joseph R. Biden.

“I feel put upon in being presented an all-or-nothing number,” Biden said at a rare White House meeting between the president and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on April 14. “I will vote for any amount for getting the Americans out. I don’t want it mixed with getting the Vietnamese out.”

Ford countered: “We opened our door to the Hungarians. I am not saying the situation is identical, but our tradition is to welcome the oppressed. I don’t think these people should be treated any differently from any other people—the Hungarians, Cubans, Jews from the Soviet Union.”

Biden and other Democrats were unmoved. In a Senate speech on April 23, Biden argued that the president lacked the authority to rescue any Vietnamese. “I do not believe the United States has an obligation, moral or otherwise, to evacuate foreign nationals” other than diplomats of third countries, Biden said. “The United States has no obligation to evacuate one, or 100,001, South Vietnamese.” The U.S. should leave the task of protecting them to “the organizations that are available” and “diplomatic channels,” he added. A week later, North Vietnamese tanks entered the grounds of the presidential palace in Saigon just hours after the last helicopter carried the last Americans out of Vietnam.

OPEC tells a weak, incompetent US president to drop dead

Last week, we were wondering : What could be more pathetic than the sight of President Joe Biden begging OPEC to increase oil production, just to make up for the U.S. and Canadian oil production that he had gone out of his way to impede from the moment he took office ?

Believe it or not, that was not a hypothetical question. There is, in fact, something even more pathetic than Biden’s desperate request for a foreign oil cartel to spare him motorists’ anger and a political backlash.

That would be the oil producers’ response to Biden, which roughly translates to “drop dead."

At the very moment Biden’s administration was being convulsed by its humiliating strategic failure in Afghanistan, the international oil cartel and the adjacent producers known as “OPEC-plus” added insult to injury with their defiant answer. As Reuters reported it, the major oil producers (including Russia) let word slip that they “believe oil markets do not need more oil than they already plan to release in the coming months.”

On the day Biden was elected, Brent crude oil was under $40 per barrel. Today, it is nearly $75 per barrel. Likewise, average gasoline prices are currently 48% higher than they were the day Biden squeaked out his narrow, no-coattails win over former President Donald Trump.

Biden’s request of OPEC, as we noted previously, evinced a belief that environmentalists in the United States are easily fooled — that he can placate them by restricting domestic production while simultaneously calling for more imported oil that releases exactly the same amount of carbon dioxide when burnt.

But the oil-producing nations’ response to Biden is also evidence of how much respect and diplomatic prestige he has cost the U.S. in the last week.

Okay sure inflation is out of control, daily covid cases are passing 150,000, we're creating two classes of citizens based on their medical decisions, roll up your sleeve for a 3rd booster shot, and his handling of Afghanistan is killing innocent people while China works with the Taliban to exploit the region's mineral resources, but Joe is a gentlemen who doesn't tweet mean things.  This is all clearly Trump's fault. Bin Laden warned in 2010 letter that Biden would ‘lead US into crisis’

Osama bin Laden once warned al Qaeda not to target Joe Biden because he believed that his inheriting the presidency if something were to happen to Barack Obama would “lead the US into a crisis,” a resurfaced letter shows.

In the letter dated May 2010, the al Qaeda 9/11 mastermind wrote he had no assassination plots against Biden because he deemed him “totally unprepared” to lead the United States.

“The reason for concentrating on them is that Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the presidency for the remainder of the term, as it is the norm over there.

“Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the US into a crisis.

Joe Biden Goes Way off-Script in Speech and Causes Heads to Be Scratched

Another day, another Joe Biden public appearance that ends with heads being scratched. It’s to the point where I’m sick of writing these stories, and we are only eight months in (man, is it depressing to think of it in those terms). Yet, his bouts of senility never cease to be any less newsworthy. This is the President of the United States we are talking about, after all.

So anyway, let’s get to what you came for with this first clip which shows Biden doing his creeper voice again. I honestly have no idea what he thinks he’s doing here.

It was the end of the speech that is most noteworthy, though. Biden decided to once again announce that he’s “supposed to stop and walk out of the room.” That alone is weird enough. Who is giving the president these orders? Is the demand to leave the room written into his teleprompter? Is that why he keeps saying the quiet part out loud?

But then Biden mumbles something about how he’s going to “walk into the room,” at which point he…walks out of the room. I don’t know. I’m not even trying to make sense of this stuff anymore.

US drone strike that Pentagon said killed Kabul suicide bomber actually 'killed aid worker and seven children who ran to greet him when he arrived home': Video allegedly shows he filled car with water not explosives

Shocking report reveals apparent botched drone strike killed Afghan aid worker
The August 29 strike at a home near the Kabul airport killed 10, including 7 kids
Pentagon claimed the vehicle was 'known to be an imminent ISIS-K threat'
But driver Zemari Ahmadi, 43, was an aid worker seeking asylum in the US
Surveillance video shows him loading the trunk with water jugs, not explosives
Witnesses say he spent the day running normal errands for a US-based aid group
Pentagon claimed his movements were suspicious and tied him to ISIS-K

1.Yeah the US retaliated against those who caused harm to the US.

2. Another double standard: it is okay for the US to back out of Syria to fight ISIS. You are okay that Trump did that.

That showed em!!....

Ten family members, including children, dead after US strike in Kabul

(CNN)Ten members of one family -- including seven children -- are dead after a US drone strike targeting a vehicle in a residential neighborhood of Kabul, a relative of the dead told CNN.

The US carried out what it called a defensive airstrike in Kabul, targeting a suspected ISIS-K suicide bomber who posed an "imminent" threat to the airport, US Central Command said Sunday.
The Pentagon has said the strike resulted in secondary explosions, and those explosions may have been what killed the civilians.
The youngest victims of Sunday's airstrike were two 2-year-old girls, according to family members.

Biden Tries Smooching Young Baby in Colorado, Baby Pulls Back, Slaps Him in Horror

The president has a creepy history of touching, groping, sniffing and kissing young children so the recent video footage comes as no surprise.
After speaking on climate change and wind turbines, the maskless president began walking through the crowd when his eyes narrowed in on a young boy.
The boy, who at first seemed excited to see Biden, suddenly backed away in horror as Biden tried smooching him.

Psaki Announces Del Rio Border Patrol Will No Longer Use Horses in Response to False ‘Whip’ Narrative

White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced Thursday that Border Patrol agents will no longer be permitted to use horses to guard the border in Del Rio, Texas, after “horrific” photos emerged of agents swinging long reins while interacting with Haitian migrants.

The announcement comes after the media caused a frenzy by falsely portraying the videos and photos as showing agents hitting the migrants with whips. It was later revealed that the agents were in fact wielding the long reins that make it easier to maintain control of their horses, according to Border Control chief Raul Ortiz.

Biden Denies Military Leaders Warned Him Against Quick Withdrawal Date

President Joe Biden repeatedly denied claims that military leaders warned him against withdrawing from Afghanistan in an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on Thursday.

“Your top military advisers warned against withdrawing on this timeline. They wanted you to keep about 2,500 troops,” Stephanopoulos said.

“No, they didn’t. It was split. That–That wasn’t true. That wasn’t true,” Biden responded.

“They didn’t tell you that they wanted troops to stay?” Stephanopoulos pressed.

“No. Not at — not in terms of whether we were going to get out in a timeframe all troops (sic). They didn’t argue against that,” Biden said.

“So no one told — your military advisors did not tell you, ‘No, we should just keep 2,500 troops. It’s been a stable situation for the last several years. We can do that. We can continue to do that’?” Stephanopoulos asked.

“No. No one said that to me that I can recall,” Biden said. “Look, George, the reason why it’s been stable for a year is because the last president said, ‘We’re leaving. And here’s the deal I wanna make with you, Taliban. We’re agreeing to leave if you agree not to attack us between now and the time we leave on May the 1st.'”

...and then...

General Milley and McKenzie BOTH advised Biden to keep 2500 US troops in Afghanistan to avoid Taliban takeover but were ignored: Joint Chiefs chair tells Congress botched withdrawal has damaged America's credibility
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley said on Tuesday his assessment was that withdrawing U.S. troops would likely trigger the collapse of Kabul
He and Gen Frank McKenzie both said they believed 2500 troops would have prevented Taliban takeover
They spoke before the Senate Armed Services Committee
Their appearance marked the first time Pentagon leaders have publicly testified since the U.S. completed its withdrawal from Afghanistan
They were joined by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin
They faced sharp questions about the chaotic pullout and whether they anticipated the Taliban's rapid takeover of the country

If the generals believe only 2,500 troops could have staved off a Taliban overthrow of the Afghan government, why couldn't 110,000 simply crush them - the number of American troops we had in country back in 2011?

Speaking of "Math class is tough" - when taxes go up, companies don't pay them, consumers do. Not according to Psaki who feels doing so would be "unfair and absurd...".

Absurd, indeed..... however here on Planet Reality, we know otherwise.

Well I think we can resurrect the old ..."Biden lied...people died!" chant...

ISIS-K suicide bomber who carried out deadly Kabul airport attack had been released from prison days earlier

(CNN)The ISIS-K suicide bomber who carried out a terrorist attack at Kabul international airport in late August, killing 13 US service members and dozens of Afghans, had been released from a prison near Kabul just days earlier when the Taliban took control of the area, according to three US officials.

Two US officials, as well as Rep. Ken Calvert, a California Republican who said he had been briefed by national security officials, said the suicide bomber was released from the Parwan prison at Bagram air base.

'I guess I should go down': Joe Biden gives lukewarm answer when grilled about why he hasn't visited southern border during CNN town hall: Insists he's been too busy inspecting hurricane damage and 'traveling around the world'

He's so folksy and relatable....I like the way he synthesizes down such complex economic and foreign policies so that everyman can understand them..Oh wait...he didn't mean that... ;D ;D ;D >:D

Humiliation for Biden as White House walks back his town hall words: President does NOT have the power to mobilize National Guard to fix shortages and he mis-stated policy with vow to defend Taiwan from China, spokesman says

A White House official said that the Biden administration is 'not actively pursuing the use of the National Guard on a federal level'
'Requesting the use of the National Guard at the state level is under the purview of governors,' the official clarified
'The answer is yes,' the president said Thursday, asked if he would send in the guard to alleviate supply chain issues
Asked if he would consider sending in the guard to drive trucks, the president said: 'Yes, if we can't increase the number of truckers'

The difference is grandpa joe doesn’t know what he is saying (maybe I should have emphasized sarcasm more) and what flowed out of trumps mouth didn’t need clarification, unless it was truncated and quoted out of context.  These spontaneous, unscripted answers of Joe’s are pretty clear, he has no clue what he is doing. It’a embarrassing and a bit sad.

What's embarrassing is that you think whatever flowed out of Trump's mouth didn't need clarification. Every single time, his supporters would have to clarify, "What he meant was....".
