I know that Lambert Ranch has the concept of a ADU like casita in some of their plans. Are their any other neighborhoods that have something similar?

Anyone know of any home like that coming off the market soon???

If you are considering an ADU, I recommend reaching out to Sidekick Homes.  ( https://www.sidekick.homes/ ). They have phone consults, plus a Saturday Zoom Q+A about how to get an ADU completed in this age of hyper-regulation.  They aren't builders per-se, but consultants who help navigate.

I remember a Denny's there before Lee's. Am I making that up?

Great Park doesn't have separate casitas but separate suites with kitchenettes (I think they call them NextGen spaces).
Once you go 3-car garage... your junk can never go back.

Do rich people not like shade anymore? I see all these fancy done backyards and there are never mature trees or anything to provide shade.  Definitely weird to me.  Maybe it's just mainlanders who are doing fancy backyards for 'show' but never actually spend time out there?  You spend 300k on pool + hardscape and you can't pony up for a few large olive trees or eucalyptus or something?

Those trees throw a lot of leaves into the pool but yes patio covers are most in a nice larger yard.  I'll be doing a cantilever patio cover next year at my house.

There are a few floor plans in Quail Hill with a casita in the front.

Does this backyard only cost $600k? My neighbor spent $600k on his bakcyard and it is non-comparable to this. Leave alone that the construction took more than a year from ground breaking to all done.
