No foul, no spying, like nothing  (nothing at all)

Just like his fake claim that the Trump campaign was spies on. After the IG report came out not a word.

How about tell your staffers not to spill the beans when drinking or how about register as a foreign agent? How about tell your staffers to tell the truth and don’t lie to federal agents...

We’re you reading the same report or just listening to the media talking points?

Schiff and Complicit Media Are Due For a Reckoning After IG Report Exposed Their Lies

ow that the inspector general report on FISA abuse has vindicated the work of Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and thoroughly debunked the fraudulent conspiracy theories and smears of the current chairman Adam Schiff, many conservatives are crying out for retribution.

You were saying?  Indictments are coming....

Judges in secretive FISA court issue unprecedented public rebuke to the FBI over serious 'misconduct' in warrants to wiretap Donald Trump ally Carter Page—and demand to know how bureau will rebuild trust
FBI filed four requests with the secret court established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

The requests were for surveillance warrants to spy on Carter Page, a foreign policy adviser to Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign
A report from the Justice Department's inspector general found 17 omissions or misleading statements in the FISA court warrant applications
Now the court's chief judge is demanding answers from the FBI
Court wants a briefing on how the bureai will avoid misleading the court, and reasons why agents should be considered trustworthy in the interim

Remember when all of this was derided as a "conspiracy theory" when Devin Nunes released his memo detailing FISA abuses a year ago?  There was so much hoopla over that, you could tell by the Democrat's and media response that he was onto something.  They tried so hard to obfuscate and mislead the American public into thinking Nunes was a conspiracy nut.

The sad thing is that real terror investigations will now be impeded due to this FBI hoax.  Lives will be put in danger due to the FISA court's newly restrained stance on granting FISA warrants.  They will no longer rubber stamp FBI wiretap requests because this is a major black eye for the court that won't be soon forgotten.

I didn’t want to talk about it since Devin is from California. But since you did why not...

Arcording to daily beast article:  Devin Nunes Tries to Explain Away His Parnas and Giuliani Calls to Hannity

https://www.thedailybeast.com/devin-nunes-tries-to-explain-away-his-lev-parnas-and-rudy-giuliani-calls-to-sean-hannity

So did he talk to Lev or Rudy? (Wink)

Another interesting Fresno Bee article: Devin Nunes says a reporter ‘stalked’ him.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.fresnobee.com/opinion/editorials/article238211284.html

When in doubt get your phone out and record.  ;D
(I do that too sometimes. I see you looking at me. Then take out the phone)

Wsj article:Impeachment Trumps Executive Privilege. Ask George Washington

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj.com/amp/articles/impeachment-trumps-executive-privilege-ask-george-washington-11571784069

My comment: We all know President used executive privilege for preventing his staff to testify. But executive privilege does not apply during an inpeachment. According to George Washington and cabinet members. Also, the framers of the constitution.

No need to use executive privilege...no witnesses will be called.

Mitch McConnell flatly rejects Chuck Schumer's demand for witnesses at Donald Trump's impeachment trial, warning it would bring about 'mutually assured destruction' because Republicans would call Hunter Biden and the whistleblower

Mitch McConnell rejected Chuck Schumer's request for additional witnesses to testify in Donald Trump's impeachment trial
He said Republicans would want to call Hunter Biden and whistleblower
'You can see here that this is the kind of mutual assured destruction episode that will go on for a long time,' he told Fox News Radio's Brian Kilmeade
McConnell also took to the Senate floor to scold Schumer
'He wants to volunteer the Senate's time and energy on a fishing expedition'

There’s definitely an investigation goin on...but it’s not the one the Dems think...

Criminal probe into the Trump-Russia collusion investigation zeros in on Obama's CIA director: Prosecutor demands John O. Brennan hand over his private emails and call logs to find out what he told Comey and his thoughts on the Steele dossier

U.S. Attorney John H. Durham, the federal prosecutor probing the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation, is honing in on former CIA director John O. Brennan
Durham requested Brennan's emails, call longs and other CIA documents
He wants to see what Brennan told other officials, including former FBI director James B. Comey about his and the CIA's view of the Trump-Russia dossier
Durham will assess whether Brennan privately contradicted his public comments, including his May 2017 testimony, on that dossier
Brennan served as CIA director from March 2013 to January 2017
The probe into the Trump-Russia investigation first started as an administration review in October, but later turned into a criminal investigation

We all know what happened. Someone had too much to drink, someone gave a lecture in Russia and met “”

I can keep on going...don’t blame me. It’s public information.

The great thing is that Brennan's sworn testimony contradicts Comey's testimony... so one or the other of them (in reality probably both) have committed perjury.  And unlike IG Horowitz, special prosecutor Durham has the ability to prosecute these corrupt deep-staters and send them to jail.

souvenir impeachment pens? talk about tacky LOL

i guess when you have no accomplishments in the past 3 years, you need to celebrate signing something....too bad these pens will ultimately go into the trump presidential library as a neat remembrance of his 2020 reelection!

Quote
Pelosi hands out souvenir pens, Dems slammed for gloating as House delivers Trump impeachment articles

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi drew criticism Wednesday for handing out commemorative pens -- with her name on them -- after signing a resolution to transmit two articles of impeachment against President Trump to the Senate for trial.

To critics, the tone of the event seemed celebratory -- a far cry from December, when Pelosi wore black and insisted on the House floor it was a “solemn” day before the Democrat-controlled body voted to impeach the president on abuse of power and obstruction of Congress allegations. Later, she even cut short two rounds of cheers from Democrats when the articles were adopted.

“Nancy Pelosi’s souvenir pens served up on silver platters to sign the sham articles of impeachment,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham tweeted in response. “She was so somber as she gave them away to people like prizes.”

This is why I no longer use Facebook. Facebook currently allows fake political ads, but other social media platforms ban it.
