1. Ideal Body Weight - Men (medium frame)
2. Body Fat % - 15%
3. Visc Fat - 7%
4. Muscle Mass % 40%

The Eight Foundations to Taking Care of your Body.

1. Have an adequate intake of Water.
2. Get Adequate Sleep. Preferable atleast 7 hours
3. Reduce Anxiety and Worry and Manage your Stress Level
4. Eat Living Healthy vs Dead Food.
5. Take Vitamin Supplements Daily
6. Detoxify. On a regular basis, we need to rid our bodies of toxins that are exposed to us on a daily basis.
7. Most importantly Exercise. Cold Water will do wonders for boosting immune system and reducing stress. Jumping into a Cold Water and Swimming every morning will eliminate stress get you mentally sharp.
8. Optimize your Hormone Levels. A healthy man usually needs to maintain at least 10 to 1 ratio of testosterone (ng/dL) to estrogen (pg/mL)
