Looks like they are calling a bottom of 4th Quarter of 2009. Well actually "near bottom" is their exact words.

Hahahaha didn't they call a bottom last year too? Whats 'near' a bottom anyways?

I mean, we are near to inventing flying cars, we have the engines, A/C, bucket seats, dashboard, and frame, we just need the anti-gravity boosters.

My friends who are visiting from New Jersey wanted to go to that this year. Apparently, the Chapman forecast is some really big deal.
