So today's preview for the early birds was not to choose the lots to purchase in Phase 1?

Did they release any pricing for Sierra today?  Can anyone that attended their VIP preview today chime in?

Upon checking this thread and seeing some older flyers I picked up from the Trevi models in the past I see prices lower at subsequent phase releases.  Without knowing exact lots and view/no view details its hard to pinpoint if there was a price drop.  Can anyone tell me if a price drop did occur...

Thats a good deal.  Ipad Mini 2 16gb wifi and AT&T for $265.  Wish Walmart had the Amazon Fire Stick though for $24.  All sold out when I checked this morning on Amazon.

What a let down.  I was expecting more than this from Amazon.  Did anyone score anything good from Walmart.com?

I think what you are referring to is the retention basin on southeast corner of Jeffrey and Trabuco.  I don't think they are doing anything with that since that takes drainage runoff from Woodbury during rain events.

What is umbrella insurance?  Is that the same as "landlord" insurance that covers broken pipes, water damage, liability issues etc.?
