Agreed - I used to park a car outside when I lived in Woodbridge, and found rodent droppings all over the valve cover when I popped the hood one day.  I've seen nocturnal pests (rodents, raccoons, possums) in all of the neighborhoods I've lived in, including various parts of Irvine.

I thought the hangars were an eyesore, but those 4 story housing complexes they are building behind Target are massive.  They look almost as tall as the hangars from afar (driving down Von Karman).

I used paint left over from a 5 gallon bucket.  I did have his crew do another coat in one of the bedrooms since there was a picture frame effect around certain trim areas - but I haven't opened any of the left over 1 gallon paint cans.

I'm surprised to hear this, as I did not have this issue with Brandon as far as I can tell.  Colors matched the paint chips, and I actually even reused the leftover paint for a separate DIY project.
