Just an update.... I went to QHCM and talked to the coordinator there. He listened to what happened and addressed my concerns very seriously. He told me that particular class is not lead by city of Irvine but by contractors. We ended up working on a injury report as well as a incident report...

Just playing. Everyone was just playing. The kids finish their paper work and the teachers were getting ready to go on to the next activity. She said it happened within like 2 minutes that they weren't watching the kids.

Also, the teacher was saying thah the kid is usually nice and never had these issues..... she keeps defending the kid that did wrong and isn't feeling any compassion for us.... I don't even think she said sorry to us now that I think about it.... Don't think this is normal......

Oh and by the way, the teacher told me that the teachers can't be in the middle or facilitate our meeting on Friday. Only the parents can talk it out.... which is bull if you ask me....
