    Great Park Homeless Shelter

Doesn't Eastwood have a Mobile Home Park as their neighbor?  (Oh...and a mosquito detention basin...and a trash-truck runway to the dump?)  I don't think any neighborhood is perfect.

    Musick jail

Not sure what there is to be worried about... If you escaped from jail would you stick around? Or maybe you think there are 'chain-gangs' singing along side of the road while diggin' ditches.  ;D

    Indigo portola springs phase 5

That was FUNNY!  Sarcastic, but Funny! The million dollar homes at Lambert Ranch are located right under the landfill and I don't see complaints on TI; It's not close to Indigo by any means.  The jail facility is miles away, on the other side of Alton, which might as well be in Lake Forest...

    Builder Contract Per Diem Question

$480 seems awfully high, but I guess it depends on the price of your home. I'm thinking more like $150/day is the standard. Regarding sellers delay of closing, it's the same in re-sale; no loss to seller. I was in escrow once and the seller just changed their mind about selling. Nothing I...

Soil and groundwater contamination in PS3 ?

My bet is that sitting in traffic fumes or living next to the freeway is more harmful to your health than remnants of cleaning solution buried in the earth.  I think the 'Nay Sayers' just want to keep their own property values up by eliminating the competition!

[IHB] Portola Springs: Indigo Neighborhood Review

Wrong...coyotes go where the food is.  I've personally seen coyotes in Tustin Ranch, Woodbury, Northwood, Newport Coast, Foothill Ranch, Aliso Viejo and Lake Forest.  They like the rabbits.  Just because you haven't seen them doesn't mean they aren't there.

[IHB] Portola Springs: Indigo Neighborhood Review

Five Points will relocate the proposed cemetery near the 405 and 5 freeways, out of harms way. The remediation process outlined in the geo report is pretty thorough.  We've all seen the transformation of that area from street level flats to the now 20' elevation homes now sit on.  My god, it...
