Are all model homes already sold out?

I think it is a good price in the current market! And I love the floorplans!! I think Varenna is better than Eastwood. TUSD is not an issue. They are all great schools.

With you price range. I will go Greenwood/Huntley or Orchard Hills/Terraza. Then it depends on your situations (age, kids, etc). If it is for me, I will go to Terraza.
