    I drove by a pavilions yesterday in Lakewood. Who cares it's just a supermarket.  Why pay $2.00 for romaine when you can get it for $1.00 at staters. Mellow Roos are high enough, we NEED the stater bros.

    i think so...i hope so...but probably not lol...price-wise im not sure.....my price per sq ft ended up being $366.00 i got the elevation i wanted and the lot size is 4000 sq ft so i think its an OK deal...for a new construction at least.

    i think its still cheaper than irvine. i was looking at some of the houses in orchard hills and they were asking 850-950 for similar spec homes...but the lots were 2500sq ft, much smaller than greenwood, and they werent considered as SFR. they were detached condos

    Actually I walked down to the lots myself and the noise isn't really much louder than it was at the models.  They're all nearby jamboree fwiw. It's not as bad as everyone on the boards put it.  And definitely plenty of people interested.  Wonder how the pricing will go later phases tho.

    SFR 2106 sq ft -2876. From $714k-860k. Looks interesting.  No MR, 1.1 tax rate, $89 HOA at build out, gated complex. I'm comparing these to Greenwood, specifically Sheldon community. The park inside terraza isn't as fancy as greenwood as it's not a master planned community.  But hey the HOA...

    I went but got there late. Just to check in. They called me today but I wasn't there at 10. Didn't want any of the ones today anyhow. Staying on the list to see what the 3xs price at Oh yeah and seemed like less people showed up. I found parking in front easily unlike last release

    so what is the point of 1.7% MR when no new schools are going to be built? isnt that the whole point of the higher rate MR here?
