I think irvinehomeowner means Lot 21 (Corner of Fenway/Sherwood) and Lot 25 (Corner of Steinway/Sherwood)?  Can't wait to see these homes, are the models up yet?  @irvinebuyer where is the sales office?

Checked today and Arcadia is almost sold out. Arcadia has one more home to sell (75 Cortland, Irvine $1,326,900 Plan 3) and then the model homes will go on sale on May 14th.  Price of models will be $1.5-1.6 million.

I agree with Test, La Vita 4 floor plan is the best in OH.  Was actually considering buying it but the motorcourt killed it for me.  But yes, I would pay more for a premium lot with a view.
