I agree with your opinion.  They do seem very selfish and very impolite.  I don't want to start with stories and awaken my bad memories. 

They are nice, but then again Irvine living doesn't come cheap these days.  $700k for $850k for townhomes.  As long as interest rates stay low, these prices should sustain.

Something tells me they would be very flexible with negotiations onthat lot.  Like maybe $1.55M serious offer when the project wraps up.  It is a very nice house.

I can't believe they are going to sell out at those prices.  The are truly ingenious as I don't think other home builders could've pulled it off.  They made a killing.  I guess the school boundary mattered.

The people are also more diverse in the Great Parks. 

The lots look very small for such a large house.  Hopefully it will sell well, so they will build more homes like these in the future.  I was trying to wait out for Auburn but figured it would be out of my price range.  I really like Plan 2X and 4. 

Yes it does now.  I will actually wall off the dining room and put a large sliding glass wall and turn it into another den for the kids.  Like the one used in Capella Residence 3 Model.

It was mostly the downstairs masters.  On another note, the changes they made at Jade, really makes it one of the best buys now. Jade has a 4 car garage, which no one mentions.  I can fit 2 NSX in the back and 2 full size sedans in the front.  It feels good inside with 10ft ceilings. The new...
