Irvine Dream The pricing was same. But after talking to the sales lady i was sure they are ready for negotiation. She was Asian so when i mentioned about T-Section she smiled and said yes people who believe in Feng shui raised this concern.  I saw couple of more families coming in to see this...

Last weekend i saw 108 Prospect K Hovnanian plan 1. It was at T-section hence it was a no for us. The sales lady told us they will be building bigger homes / Larger lot as compared to PP in Beacon park. She also gave a hint that pricing will be higher than PP.

When is the proposed grand opening? June/ July ?

I hope pricing of this home is cheaper than Sausalito. They are almost done just another 10 homes may be. Any guess for Lafayette biggest plan 3 pricing ? Also what do u think about their lot sizes ? Will they have better lot sizes ?

Gasman you should purchase Sagewood now as you seem to like this community. I know they changed reps and now they have Marry and Tisha. No clue of previous reps.
