Phase 6 was much bigger than Phase 7.  Even is my friend was there on that day, she told me Phase 7 was sold out in 30 minutes. Pretty quick.... When will Phase 8 release....? 

I also love JoeShanghai. Specially the shanghai dumpling. I hope JoeShanghai can move to Irvine.  :P I have been DTF. Pricey dumpling and dumpling... Not that impressive at all. I prefer stay in the queue for JoeShanghai not DTF.

This floor plan is nice. For me I just feel a bit weird, the kitchen was not facing the dinning area. The kitchen was located in the middle. It seems like this kitchen was the boss in the house. As NYCtoOC said....cooking smells get it everywhere... I just think...living room or family room...

I guess most of the houses in CV come with small backyard, right? PS can get better size, right?

so far, I can see people do care: First: Location - pollution, noise etc Second: Tiny Backyard Second: Location - Distance to shop and shopping Third: People love living in NEW House 8) 8)

The sales agent said: Most of the people are from small family or young couples, so I guess most of them just have 1-2 cars. It's not a matter having a private driveway. If some people don't have kids or kids are not ready to school. They don't need to consider staying in Irvine as a priority...

I can see they got a very good review. My friend found a moving company from craigslist. Two men were around 5'11 to 6' height. They helped her move from 200ft. studio to one bedroom single house. Her studio flat didn't has any heavy furniture. One person tiny table, one single bed, no closet...

That's truth.

As I know, DC doesn't offer discounts. The upgrade options have already deducted from standard. If I were you, I would do the can lights in DC.
