Bones, the tentative grand opening for the public is Saturday, April 11. I was through the Marbella models Saturday and they are staged; crews are completing the landscaping, cleanup, etc., but overall, the models are looking very good. (Some very cool pools...)

So true! We have had reps. from other companies come in to present, but the sharing by Toll Bros. is greater than most. Very much appreciate being allowed to release so much information before showing up on their website.
