I saw the two rentals pop up on zillow. Hopefully they get some good renters in there. The 1s/2s will sell. What I worry is how will the neighborhood turn out with the turnovers & investors trying to unload.

Am I missing something, if the house sold for $781,800, and you take out 6% for RE commission / other misc fees, the cash back to seller is $734,892. The original purchase prices is $727,303. Since holding it for less than 2 years, with capital gains tax of ~15%, the seller is going to pocket...

I drove by on Sunday. Both sales offices had a good amount of activity. It definitely feels higher end than Trevi. For the first time, I saw more Whites than Asians visiting. I wonder if Chinese money is drying up due to Trump.
