Hey TI Folks, I just bought a new house and paid the builder for the Gas Stub to connect to my gas grill.  But I have no idea how to do this.  Does anyone know how to do this or have a handy man suggestion that does this type of work?  Thank you all in advance. 

Is it normal to hear toilet flushing noise downstairs whenever someone flushes from the upstairs bathroom?  It is kinda embarrassing when you have people over visiting.  Anyway to fix this issue?

Does anyone know why the San Marino homes were built without a 2nd bathroom upstairs?  This won't work with many families that have 2 kids and have to share just one bathroom.  For homes priced at over $1MM, this seems to be a big design flaw.  Does anyone agree?

Does anyone know why TIC did not use the same type of "decorator" street lamps in Stonegate?  The ones at Stonegate are the same street lamps you see on Irvine Blvd or on major streets.  Every other TIC village has the nice decorator type (e.g. WB, PS).  Any guesses why?  Thanks.
