Does anyone have any experience with the APAAS program they are willing to share? I found some not so great reviews online (a lot of homework, strict teachers who discipline the kids, etc), but the reviews were older, so was wondering maybe if improvements have been made or perhaps these reviews...

Has anyone seen these or bought here. Stopped by and prices have dropped a little. Wanted some feedback on the area.

Did it go into escrow? I dont see it listed for sale anymore. I'm very interested to see what this goes for as we are in the same plan.

Also got a quote from Tim Lou and got a great price as well. Right around $13/sq ft. And we definitely don't live in a palace. 20 windows total. Really nice guy too!

what are the pros and cons on faux wood vs. real wood?

They've already sold out of Phase 5. I think they're going to move quickly from here on out.

is a balcony really that important? does anybody ever really use it? or is it more just aesthetically pleasing?

they took it down to lower the pricing after they realized they done lost their minds! :wishful thinking:

i was expecting these to be priced a bit lower. with the san marcos plan 1 about the same price as sevilla plan 2 and 3, i would much rather have the 4th bedroom and be in portola.

Went to look at the neighborhood and one of the contractors stopped me and started chatting me up about my interest. He said the models would be open 1st or 2nd week of April 2011.
