My owning.com refi closed on 7/20, and I just saw on the OC grantor/grantee index that my reconveyance was recorded on 9/1. Am I supposed to be receiving a copy of the reconveyance and a voided promissory note? Who's supposed to send it to me?

Isn't the disruptor redfin?  They charge 1.5% to sell, and for buyers, give you a rebate on part of the commission.  Makes you wonder what conventional RE agents think about them.

When/if Orchard Hills expands to K-4, can anyone speculate as to the chances that the part of West Irvine between Champion and Portola will have K-4 zoned to OH?  Currently West Irvine northeast of Champion is zoned to OH for grades 5-8, but I haven't seen any info re: K-4 zoning. The reason...
