The impact of landfill is overstated in my view. If it can reach Portola Springs, it will impact PP and SG as well. They are just on the other side of the Portola pkwy.
The price went down quite a bit according to RH website: http://www.ryland.com/find-your-new-home/21-southern-california/5051-colibri-at-portola-springs.html It seems it's not selling well.
