According to the sheet I got, there are two special assessments - CFD's 86-1 for $747/year and 09-1 for $1,700/year. Do these go up by a certain % every year like some of the other places?

Since they just started phase 1, does anyone know how long it usually takes before they finish building and people start moving in? Are we talking a few months, a year, or something longer?

Do the HOA fees include anything else besides access to the community pool and common area landscaping? And do the MRs go up each year for 30 years?

Anymore info on these?
