Not sure if you're familiar with the Monbury neighborhood of Lake Forest but there are homes there that do trade in the millions.  And as someone else has pointed out the Lake neighborhoods of Lake Forest also do have homes in the millions as does Foothill Ranch.  Granted there's not as many...
