So looks like Como and and Terra are the only two that are true SFRs?  the other 3 are basically million dollar detached condos.  can't really tell if Como is a SFR.

i was swimming with the family. doubt leaving wallet lying around swimming pool would be safer...even in a bag.  parked outside the swimming pool.  i hid the wallet underneath a tissue box,  wallet wasn't in plain view not sure why i was targeted.  i drive a freaking minivan, doesn't scream $$$

my wallet was stolen from my car last night around 7pm.  we were parked outside the pool in orchard hill the thief charged $1k on my credit cards anybody see any suspicious acitivities around the pool next to vista scena?  the charges were at 9pm at the tustin target. 

Those are annoying but at least they show recent sales in the area.  Somewhat useful.  im way more annoyed by the ashley furniture ads that's left outside our garage EVERY single week since we moved in...wtf!

it's pretty bs.  uncle sam will recapture that depreciation deduction when you sell your investment property even if you didn't claim depreciation on your taxes.  just learned that last week.  I didnt claim depreciation on purpose for the last 10 years because I didn't want to lower my basis...
