    Also I noticed that oakmont homes back to bosque on one end and there is probably the golf course being built there I could see the golf course hills from the bedroom windows. Wonder if this would make these homes more attractive to some people.

    Pavilion Park Mella roos is also subject to increase 2% annually. But the sales people at BP will tell you it is not a guarantee it will increase, just a disclosure that it might. Any PP residents who can comment on this?
