Have a question, can any of you guys give me some insights as to how much Irvine market dropped during housing crises. Based on my understanding it fell around 20% and the homes that were on the market would have multiple offers and bidding wars. Is this correct?

Yes I also noticed a lot of foot traffic right after new yrs. Wonder what is going to happen with the stock market. If it does actually crash, housing will most likely go down as well. Haha so many variables at play right now. If only I had a crystal ball  :-X

The high MR at BP bothers me but then when I go see homes in places like Columbus Grove and Rancho Mission Viejo, the MR are comparable or worse. For that kind of MR I would rather be in Great Park.  I am not sure about what is the next community in Great Park and where will it be located? I...

Also I noticed that oakmont homes back to bosque on one end and there is probably the golf course being built there I could see the golf course hills from the bedroom windows. Wonder if this would make these homes more attractive to some people.

The plan 1 that is available is around 1.150 with upgrades, including quartz island, porcelain floors (I thought it was wood but it is not), wrought iron staircase and a California room with fireplace. The plan 2 is around 1.2 range and plan 3 is 1.3 range. Both have upgrades like quartz...

So if I remember correctly they have 1 of each plan available in phase 1, and sold/pending 7 homes. PhaseII has a plan 1 and plan 2 available. I did not like any of their models when I visited before, however finally went to look at the home sites as they are move in ready at this point...

Pavilion Park Mella roos is also subject to increase 2% annually. But the sales people at BP will tell you it is not a guarantee it will increase, just a disclosure that it might. Any PP residents who can comment on this?
