Yo, you all are just jealous of their new money.  So am I.  But WTH, i'm selling my home soonish, and I hope one of these FCB scoops up my Irvine home for a record high sales price.

I doubt you'd get 5600 sq feet homes and 12000-16000 sq feet view lots at Hidden Canyon.  Let's get real and compare apples to apples.

Nah, met three of the buyers for Trevi.  One young Caucasian family couple looks to be in their young thirties, two other young families with parents in the late 30's, early 40's.  Too many naysayers saying old people buying or FCB.  All 3 families stateside.
