Hello Dear members, can you please share your experience, thinking to choose between COX vs U-verse for our new home. At our location max ATT U-verse speed available is 24 Meg. According to ATT, its fiber optics, and really fast, and gives you 24 Meg all the time unlike COX cable. Thanks

Magnolia is floor plan is pretty, but price is way more than what we afford . lol

We have 13-14% down payment for new house, wondering would it make sense to take loan from 401K and complete 20% down payment? By comparing loan with PMI and lender paid PMI options, it seems that maybe borrowing from 401K would be a good idea for short term. I know we have to re-pay 401K...
