    what bottom, if anything the quarter before was slow but it was also traditionally slow. old neighborhoods have blown up this quarter. there is very little inventory in places like woodbridge, westpark, ranch, deerfield that doesn't back to a main street. even those comes have been setting records.

    I'm seeing mostly 850k-1100k+ home on the market at present on Redfin for 3bd and 4bd SFR detached resale market not backing to a main road or less than 4000 sqft lot size. Of course outliners in the east part of El camino. That does not seem like any kind of drop off to me?

    this is a poor example. look deeper. i have a friend with three SFR in woodbridge purchased purchase after that in 2016, 2017 and 2017. all of the have appreciated quite well.

    Alot of your comments are points are great. You do a nice job of bringing people back to the numbers an reality. Irvine is awesome, but nothing is perfect. I definitely thinking would be nice to see listing breakdown with say houses 1.5million and lower and those above. Keep up the great posting!!
