    Garage Epoxy

Yes, unfortunately. I also felt it was way too costly considering they send one person for 3 hours x 2 days. I looked at three vendors; all three quoted around $1475 to $1600. I also looked up commercial grade epoxy material kit, so I can do this myself. But the material alone costs around $950.

    Door from garage into house

Call the builder and ask them to loosen it up. One of the shutter vendors who visited my home (I think Windows Decorators) noticed the same issue in my house. They said this is how builders set it up to avoid doors being open (?!). And their recommendation was to get the builder (home warranty...

    Built-IN Refrigerators

Let me ask the stupid question. Other than the look, is there any reason to buy a built-in fridge? Going by the looks of NYT, I dont see much difference between standalone and built-in.. don't they all look the same? I should be missing something.

They may do. Their website does not do justice. You should go there and browse through the big books they have. We spent around 3-4 hours mulling over various models and picked 3 modles that fit our need and checked the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the price (good rectangular 4 seat...
