    There should be a rule against charging so much for tutoring, but I guess since its an "under the table" transaction, no one does anything about it. I sure wish I was patient enough to tutor... ;)

    The instructor for my kids used to teach at Waterworks, we love him. His rates for both my kids is $38/45 mins. We just split the time in half for each. Let me know if you want his info.

    Nova swim school?

    Haven't tried Nova, but my son did Waterworks. He enjoyed it there and was great during the winter. One of the instructors my son left and branched out on his own, so we now have private lessons with him instead. Its about the same price as semi,but getting the private lesson. Hope that helps!

    We started our son at 4 and played 2 seasons. We stopped since he wasn't too interested in baseball anymore. Almost all of our friends still play, but some did stop a season after us because of the increase in pressure to play well.
