Weird. Same guy who is the listing agent for this OH property on an earlier WTF thread. Yes, not the groves but I would be pissed none-the-less if I am the owner of the 50 trotter home
I have bought homes in Stonegate and Orchard Hills. The homes zoned in Orchard Hills that are TUSD are very good and on par with IUSD counterparts from a rating perspective. Broadly speaking I believe IUSD to be better but you have to do your own research. My opinion is the fear of TUSD is...
Agreed. This had zero to do with zoning and all to do with a terrible price point. As an FYI, Terrazza has been sold out including the models for some time (final homes should be complete around summer).
For me personally, would not buy a $2M dollar house in Irvine but if I did, it would be in Turtle Ridge. Dont even think Laguna Altura or Northpark has $2M homes. If they do, there are very few and I bet you are getting a bad deal.
Good luck....
Moving on from this argument, I would like to point out that there are 5 houses now on Redfin on Long Fence street. A couple appear to be model homes but should be interesting to see what happens here....something seems off at Capella.
Ive been in the models...they are nicely done but $400k...
Technically you can post pictures of the model on Redfin. Also, the sellers mention in the description that the pictures are from the model/website as well.

How can you sell a home and not post a picture of the home? Ive checked numerous sites and I get a picture of the community pool?

Having lived in San Mateo before I do not think this house is also $1900 sq ft. So this is worse than it is posted.
Seller Market $1.2M and below
Buyer Market $1.2M and above
Agree with the post about entry level detached continuing to go up (3 bed) - Petaluma, Jasmine, San Mateo
