    Strada @ orchard hills vs. Arcadia @ stonegate

    Is Beacon Park same as Great park? If yes, Veterans Cemetery will be built in the Great Park. I definitely will not buy a home there.

    Orchard Hills - Strada by Irvine Pacific

    I visited Strada sales office last weekend. They increased price about $5000--7000 more with upgrade price. The price listed before did not include upgrade price. It seems like they didn't sell the houses very well.
