What is this disgusting AmeriKKKa thread?  Chinese like to eat babies and nonasians can do no wrong.  LOL if you think non-asians are the only ones without any dirty history.  Wake up, there are bad people of all races.  Sick of freaking racism trying to categorize everybody as beneath them...

    Delano at Eastwood

That's odd.  The living space of my condo is above my two car garage.  My 2nd floor living room and kitchen is not hot at all.  I barely use the A/C, very rarely will it get up over 80 and that's during summer, it usually stays under 75 without A/C running.  This is in Ladera Ranch.  Maybe...

    flooring suggestion

I prefer dark cabinets matched with a single type of light color tile flooring throughout the entire 1st floor.  Carpet for stairs and on 2nd floor.

Irvine to vote on proposed interim amphitheater near Great Park

The article in the OP mentions the Cultural Terrace as a possible final spot. This would be in the southeast part of Great Park, east of the Sports Park.  Another article mentions it may be smaller than original amphitheater, next to a lake, museum, and restaurants...

Right next door to a jail no.  A mile away, yes.  Next to a railroad, not within a noisy range.  I hate excessive noise and don't need my home to rumble. If I had to make a list of environmental hazards for a job and brought this list to my boss, I probably get laughed at.  The list looks like...

Why bother?  The metrics are dumb.  I just looked up coyotes.  2 people in history that died in U.S.  Cemetary health concern?  Laughable.  Musick jail.  Most criminals want to get as far away as possible before committing crimes.  Railroad, missed the argument on that, but I bet it's nothing...

Coyotes, cemetary, sex predators, musick jail, railroad all should be taken out.  The list of metrics are ridiculous. Also, is the traffic air pollution only considering highways?  Should include major roads in addition to highways.

Why are coyotes even on the list?  Probably more likely to get killed by lightning than by a coyote.  Seems like raccoons, bats, and skunks are by far a bigger threat with rabies. https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/location/usa/surveillance/wild_animals.html "Wild animals accounted for 92.6 percent of...

The amount of substations in Irvine is nothing compared to surrounding cities. Just take a look at this map:http://www.energy.ca.gov/maps/infrastructure/3P_Enlg.pdf Check out Long Beach and Hawthorne.  These guys are done for.

The amount of cell towers in Irvine seems to pale in comparison to other cities.  Way more towers in surrounding Irvine cities.  Santa Ana and Costa Mesa looks stacked with them.  If this really is a concern they should be all dead by next year...

What about for less desired locations?  So they are not going to let buyers undercut the base price under this new plan.  This is what I did when I bought my last condo.  I offered what I thought it was worth which was below the asking price. Cherry picking ones to sell for more may just annoy...

I would rank living close to mother-in-law a greater health risk than coyotes.  Gave my wife quite a bit of stress.  As we all know, stress is not good for health.
