Good point about the need to lift the toilet when changing the floor. But the floor upgrade offered by builder seems to be double the price of outside contractor :-\

What did you decide for the floor upgrade? It is very tempting to upgrade the first floor with a nice looking wood look tile for $7000 and be done with it.

Little bit off topic. Considering Beacon park is a bit away from landfill (compared to Stonegate and Eastwood), is it a better choice then?
- No good builders but there are some good floor plans like Primrose for a basic 3 bed home.

Petaluma is a detached condo....does that mean the land does not belong to the owner?
I understand it is only one HOA, so the home owner has to take care of the building exterior/roof as well?
Agreed. Walk in leisure time is fine but for that, you go to the trail and not to WTC....for running errands, you always take your car, just in case you need to get somewhere else.
