    Looks like Legado Release 1 (total 6 houses) is all sold out. Heard the pre-qualified waiting list based on time-stamp to purchase the release is between 30-40.

    The new pricing includes some upgrades added by Shea as the construction goes. Check plan 2 which I am familiar with, the new sheet with new pricing shows Super Family Room which is about $25k upgrade from the 3rd tandem garage.
