Yeah, there are some nice homes on that side, and some have decent lots. But it's the disclosures and environmental issues that have me concerned. Don't know if those environmental hazards are typical in Irvine or are specific to Tustin Field. This is what I'm trying to figure out. Also...

Looks like there's a Sagewood already listed on the MLS...146 Yellow Daisy (Lot #38). Wonder who decided not to keep their new Sagewood? But it looks like the schools it's assigned to are Saddleback school district!??! What the what? I thought these homes were all Irvine school district?

So, qwerty, do the REALLY make you sign a non-disclosure agreement that you can not talk about the toxic land disclosures made during the buying process? If that is not a joke, then that totally freaks me out. That level of discrepancy pretty much answers my question.

Was wondering if any of you would be willing to share what negatives were in the disclosures....was there actually anything about the toxicity of the land? I know there's been chatter about it, but I'd love to know if there any official notice of it in the disclosures.

No...these are different....they look like some sort of huge, round tanks or reservoirs. As soon you turn left into Quinterra, you can see them at the top of the hill immediately to the right. My first thought was that, if that was water, all of Quinterra would be totally flooded if those things...

Has anyone heard any updates on how the a Heights and Highlands are selling? I think I remember hearing that Highlands sold all Phase 1 and Heights still had 4 out of 10 lots remaining. Can anyone verify?
