Only like Plan 1 when I toured. I forget if it was Plan 3 or 2? That had the odd shared bathroom configuration on the first floor. Garages also seemed small.

Last year, I got quoted roughly $200 premium per year from California Earthquake Authority that would cover about $100K for building (but with $15k deductible), $25K for personal property, $15K loss of use, $15K loss assessment.
