I was actually considering Adagio as well, but their MR is just too high. For 3 bedroom home like Vivo, does the resale value is great? Seems not easy to me to sell 3 bedroom home @ $1 million dollar. For the upgrades, what can I expect to buy for the upgrades? Like flooring and backsplash...
